In SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management, when you attempt to back up modified inputs for instances, an error occurs if the filename or path is longer than 250 characters. The backup copy is not saved.
Notes and errors like the following occur.
NOTE: Copying SRC.ANALYTICS_OPTION to TGT.ANALYTICS_OPTION (memtype=DATA).
ERROR: The member name on the file SRC.ANALYTICS_OPTION.DATA is too long for this system.
ERROR: File TGT.ANALYTICS_OPTION.DATA has not been saved because copy could not be completed. NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
